Art Director specializing in digital data preservation for over four years,I have led a wide variety of projects, each with its own specific challenges: designing stands for international trade shows, creating impactful videos, automating visual assets, developing internal tools, and even orchestrating the logistics for key events.
Each project was an opportunity to reconcile creativity, rigor, and strategic sense. The solutions developed have always taken into account the demands and constraints of management, in accordance with the company’s values
and consistent with its vision. The goal: to offer tailored solutions, resolve complex issues, and achieve concrete results.
Here, you will discover not only what I have produced, but above all how I work: my ability to understand needs, collaborate with teams, anticipate obstacles, innovate, and deliver projects that make a difference.
Visual identity design and updates
Visual Identity Guidelines
When I joined the company, its visual identity did not reflect its actual reality: a vague market positioning, a lack of understanding of the sector, inconsistent collateral, and an outdated image undermined clarity, credibility, and differentiation in a highly competitive tech market. This situation presented a major challenge and was one of the first significant hurdles I had to tackle.
Faced with new imperatives—such as product launches, strategic shifts, and international expansion—a complete overhaul became essential.
The project involved managing the visual identity redesign (executed by an agency): auditing the existing identity, defining a new direction with the leadership team, developing key assets, and rolling them out across various channels. This redesign strengthened brand consistency and supported the company’s cybersecurity objectives.
The new brand guidelines and deliverables were subsequently adapted for various media. I personally optimized the assets provided by the agency to resolve specific issues, such as the disconnect between form and content, usability challenges for the teams, and necessary graphic adjustments.
Challenges
Inconsistent and dated visual identity that is difficult for the market to grasp.
Adapting and rolling out existing materials to align with the new brand guidelines.
Staying within the allocated budget while ensuring premium quality.
Creating files that meet the technical specifications required by the stand contractors.
Actions
Phase 1 : Steering →
Audit, definition of the new art direction, and development of key assets with the design agency.
Phase 2 : Redesign →
Visual update of all materials and creation of internal communications.
Phase 3 : Enhancement →
Creation of assets to facilitate team usage, training on tools and templates, and file optimization to increase execution speed.
Results
A consistent, clear, and distinctive brand within the tech market.
Harmonized, ready-to-use materials; successful internal and external rollout.
Budget optimization: no cost overruns on managed projects; savings achieved through the creation of reusable communication materials.
Events
Trade show booth design
As Art Director at Atempo, I led the design of exhibition stands for major digital industry trade shows (ITPartners, ISC, Satis, Accessecurity, CIUK, JRES, CoTer numérique). I worked in a small team alongside various company departments—including Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, and general marketing—while maintaining close collaboration with stand builders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
I designed numerous stands, contributed to developing key messaging, managed projects from start to finish with all stakeholders, and oversaw smooth operations on the day of the event.
Challenges
Communicating complex technical topics to a diverse audience.
Creating impactful visuals under tight deadlines.
Staying within the allocated budget while ensuring premium quality.
Creating files that meet the technical specifications required by stand builders.
Actions
I defined key messages with the marketing teams, designed visuals and mockups, managed the budget, coordinated production (proofs and deliverables), and handled logistics with the stand contractors. I implemented tools to streamline communication (shared spreadsheets, checklists) and avoid costly back-and-forth.
Results
Stands delivered on time and in line with expectations, resulting in increased visibility at trade shows.
Internal client satisfaction: sales teams had clear materials to facilitate their interactions.
Budget optimization: no cost overruns on managed projects, and savings achieved through the creation of reusable communication materials.

Video
Year-end retrospectives
Every year, Atempo wanted to make a lasting impression with a unique format for its seasonal greetings. I proposed moving from a simple blog post to a video retrospective. I managed the entire process either solo or in partnership with a motion designer.
Challenges
Summarize a year of intense activity in 2–3 engaging minutes.
Gather scattered information from various teams.
Ensure high-quality video and motion design with limited in-house resources.
Actions
I wrote the scripts, designed the storyboards, organized the shoots, created or supervised the motion design, edited the videos, adjusted the color grading, and added subtitles. I also set up After Effects templates to save time on repetitive animations.
Results
A video distributed both internally and externally that generated excellent feedback (increased social media engagement, greater team buy-in).
A modernized and consistent brand image.
A replicable process, subsequently reused for other video formats.
Social Media
Atempo produces numerous communication campaigns. To compensate for the company’s limited human resources, it was necessary to automate the creation process as much as possible in order to increase responsiveness and avoid errors.
Challenges
Harmonize formats and variations for different channels.
Reduce production time without sacrificing quality.
Ensure other team members can take over the work.
Actions
I designed a smart PSD file featuring layers and scripts that make it easy to generate visual variations. I documented the process to make it accessible to the team.
Results
Significant reduction in production times.
Visual consistency across all campaigns.
An autonomous team, less dependent on my involvement for every modification.
The company now posts twice a week on LinkedIn for its 9,000+ followers.
A selection of visuals designed for various web communication channels: email signatures, website previews, LinkedIn (single images and carousels), Facebook, Instagram, blog banners, infographics, newsletter headers, etc.

Newsletter & Emailing
To enhance its overall qualified lead generation strategies and methods, Atempo produces two email campaigns per week—integrated with social media activity—and one quarterly newsletter. Additionally, news of any new developments is communicated to Atempo’s contact database.
Challenges
Tailor messages to a wide range of audiences (existing customers, prospects, resellers, partners).
Create a responsive design that is readable across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
Ensure technical compatibility between sending platforms, CRM tools, and email clients (to avoid display or deliverability issues).
Generate engagement without resorting to overly commercial or generic formats.
Actions
Phase 1 : Strategy → Understanding target audiences, defining objectives for each campaign, and selecting key metrics to track
Phase 2 : Content → Drafting messages with an appropriate tone, designing visuals (images, banners), and optimizing calls to action (CTAs).
Phase 3 : Design & Technical aspect → Developing a responsive template tested across various email clients, integrating UTMs for tracking, and ensuring GDPR compliance.
Phase 4 : Testing & Analysis → Sending internal test emails, analyzing metrics post-deployment, and identifying areas for improvement for future campaigns (analyzing subject lines, send times, visuals used, etc.).
Results
Gradual improvement in open and click-through rates (sometimes +15% to +30%, depending on the campaign).
Better database segmentation (more targeted messages, fewer unsubscribes).
A replicable, optimized process, enabling the marketing team to produce campaigns faster and more efficiently.
Enhanced visual and editorial consistency, giving the brand a more professional and engaging image.
